It feels good to have my camera back (has been out for repair for almost a month) and a little more free time to sketch. With the semester over and my break from teaching rapidly approaching I realized how much I've been neglecting my sketchbook. Last year some friends and I set a goal to try to read more. My goal was 2 books/week. I'm at 90, so will probably fall a little short. As the year winds down, I realize that the time for reading is taking away from other things I'd rather be doing so I don't think I will have a specific number for next year. It's also not a practical thing since I will be starting my thesis this spring.
